Service.
These terms are an agreement between you and Jet Studio LLC ("we", "us"), which runs SayvSpot. By using SayvSpot you agree to them. Please read them; they're written to be readable.
1. Who can use SayvSpot
You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. A guest account lives on one phone: if you delete the app without adding an email, its spots can't be recovered. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
3. What SayvSpot does, and what it can't promise
SayvSpot reads the posts you give it, finds the places mentioned, and saves them to your map. It uses AI, which can get things wrong, so check the list before you save. Place details come from Google and can be out of date. Tips are the creators' opinions, not ours, and we don't endorse any place or creator. Always check before you travel.
4. Saves and plans
- Free: 15 saves in your first 30 days, then 2 each calendar month.
- Plus: 200 saves a month, plus the features described in the app.
- Monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Saving a place already on your map doesn't use a save.
- We may change features and limits. We'll tell you in advance, and we won't reduce what you've already paid for during your current period.
5. SayvSpot Plus subscriptions
- Plus is sold through Apple's App Store, monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. If the price changes, you'll be told in advance and can cancel.
6. Your content
Your notes, tags, ratings and lists are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so SayvSpot can work for you, including showing a list you share to people who have its link.
7. Other people's content
Posts, creator names, tips and preview images belong to their owners. For each post you save, SayvSpot keeps a link, the text needed to find the places, and one small preview image, always credited to the creator and linked to the original. We don't download or host videos. If you own content on SayvSpot and want it removed, email support@sayvspot.com.
8. Using SayvSpot fairly
Please don't:
- use bots or scripts, or automate saves;
- try to get around limits, payments or security, or reach anyone else's data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows;
- use SayvSpot to break the law or anyone's rights, or share lists with unlawful or abusive content.
9. Ending things
You can stop using SayvSpot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service; unless there's a serious risk, we'll warn you first.
10. Disclaimers
SayvSpot is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right about every place.
11. Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
12. If you got SayvSpot from Apple's App Store
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for SayvSpot and its content.
- Your licence is to use SayvSpot on Apple devices you own or control, as Apple's Usage Rules allow.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for SayvSpot. If SayvSpot fails to meet a warranty that applies to it, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We, not Apple, handle any claims about SayvSpot, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, and claims that it infringes someone's intellectual property.
- You confirm you're not in a country subject to a US embargo and not on a US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes. If you keep using SayvSpot after that, the new terms apply.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming handle disputes. If you're a consumer, you keep any protection your own country's law gives you.
