Common questions
Why didn’t it find the place?
SayvSpot reads what is written: the caption, the description, the text on a photo post. If the creator only said the name out loud or showed it on screen, screenshot the frames that show the name, add them with the screenshot button, and try again.
How do I cancel SayvSpot Plus?
Plus is billed by Apple. Cancel any time in your iPhone’s Settings, under your name and then Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. It removes every spot, list and note for good. You can also email us from your account’s address and we’ll do it for you.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Plus exports a spreadsheet in one tap, and anyone can email us for a free copy of their data.
